By Road:
From the M6
Exit at Junction 29 and join the M65 sign-posted for Burnley & Blackburn. Exit the M65 at Junction 8. Take the left lane and join the A6068 sign-posted for Clitheroe. Turn left at the traffic lights. Turn left at the mini-roundabout by the Walton Arms pub into Altham Lane, then turn first right into Metcalf Drive.
From the M65

From the M66
Follow the M66 until it turns into the A56, and follow the signs for Blackburn / Clitheroe / M65. When the A56 meets the M65, go straight on under the motorway and join the A6068. Turn left at the traffic lights. Turn left at the mini roundabout by the Walton Arms pub in Altham Lane, then turn first right into Metcalf Drive.
From the A59
Follow the A59 until it meets the A671 just outside Whalley, signposted Burnley / Padiham. Turn onto the A671 and follow signposts for M65 / M66 Burnley / Padiham. At the next set of lights, turn right, following the signs for the M65. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights. Turn left at the mini roundabout by the Waltam Arms pub in Altham Lane, then turn first right into Metcalf Drive.
By Rail:
We are only two and half hours door to door from London when getting the train to Preston station: alternatively, there are train routes through to Accrington and Whalley, which are nearby stations.
By Air:
We are easily accessible from two major international airports, being only 45 minutes from Manchester International Airport and 1 hours drive from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
By Sea:
There are regular sea crossings available from Dublin to Holyhead (2.5 hours drive away)
Heysham (1.5 hours drive away)
Liverpool (1 hours drive away)
